Traditional Tibetan Medicine offers the probably greatest wealth of external therapies currently available in a holistic medical science used to maintain or restore balance to the organism.

Moxibustion, short 'Moxa', is one of the methods used by almost all healing traditions around the world for probably thousands of years. It is used for easing certain types of pain, relaxing stiff body parts, and support healing of injuries. Here we present moxa in the Sorig context -

• Introduction to moxibustion and its point system

• Moxa incenses, cigars and cones

• Moxa application and techniques of back, arms and legs

• Moxa application and techniques of frontal trunk and face
